What would happen if the dominant pacemaker switches back and forth between the SA, the AV node, or ectopic pacemakers in the atria?

  1. It would cause an irregular rate and if it had at least 3 different kinds of P waves it would be called Wandering Pacemaker.
    1. Both the Atrial and Ventricular rhythms are irregular
    2. The rate varies but usually less than 100
